O Agora Coletivo existiu entre 2015 e 2022 como uma iniciativa da artista Ana de Ferro (então chamada Ana Ferreira). Desde 2009, Ana conduzia uma pesquisa sobre formas diversas de espaços físicos para o acontecimento teatral e os diferentes lugares estéticos que eles podem estabelecer. O Agora foi uma via para unir pessoas em torno de projetos com práticas que interessassem a este amplo escopo tendo, cada um deles, sentidos e configurações singulares. A literatura foi uma inspiração constante e alimentou os debates, as dramaturgias e as propostas cênicas ajudando a pensar corpos e identidades nas suas relações com os meios, fossem esses os ambientes ao redor ou as rotas de troca traçadas pelo hábito social. Neste percurso, o coletivo criou e apresentou os espetáculos Incêndio (2015), Ensaio para uma poética do movimento (2016), Primeiro Amor (2017) e As Cidades Invisíveis (2019), bem como as performances Streaming (2017), Sobreposição (2017) e Cartografia (2018).

O Agora foi descontinuado após a pandemia, mas a pesquisa de Ana de Ferro segue, interessada em esgarçar a forma como nos engajamos com espaços físicos e virtuais. Assim, surge a Produções de Ferro, o novo nome fantasia da empresa Ana Caroline Ferreira Costa – Produção Teatral, que nasceu em Curitiba em 2015 com o objetivo de representar o Agora Coletivo. Com isso, emerge para o primeiro plano a característica solo que, em certa medida, já era muito expressiva na iniciativa. Como consequência, a pesquisa artística ganha contornos mais específicos, advindos dos interesses e práticas contínuos da artista.

Ana de Ferro é uma fazedora de cena, uma realizadora, uma produtora de arte. Por vezes, trabalha em seus próprios projetos, por outras, integra os de demais diretores, produtores e escritores. A Produções de Ferro vem como canal para pôr no mundo e fazer circular suas concepções. A partir disso, este site se torna um espaço de divulgação destas ações. A história do Agora Coletivo continuará registrada aqui, pois seu percurso é parte fundamental do que vem. Now it’s Produções de Ferro

Collective Agora existed between 2015 and 2022 as an initiative by artist Ana de Ferro (then known as Ana Ferreira). Since 2009, Ana has been conducting research on different types of physical spaces for theatrical events and the different aesthetic places they can establish. Agora was a way to bring people together around projects with practices that were of interest to this broad scope, each with unique meanings and configurations. Literature was a constant inspiration and fueled the debates, play texts and stage proposals, helping to reflect on bodies and identities in their relationships with medium, whether these was the surrounding environments or the routes of exchange traced by social habit. During this journey, the collective created and staged the shows Wild Fire (2015), Essay to a poetics of the movement (2016), First Love (2017) and Invisible Cities (2019), as well as the performances Streaming (2017), Overlay  (2017) and Cartography (2018).

Agora was discontinued after the pandemic, but Ana de Ferro’s research continues, interested in framing the way we engage with physical and virtual spaces. This is how we come to Produções de Ferro, the new name of the company Ana Caroline Ferreira Costa – Produção Teatral, which was founded in Curitiba (Brazil) in 2015 with the aim of representing Collective Agora. Therefore, the solo characteristic that, to a certain extent, was already very expressive in the initiative emerges to the foreground. As a consequence, the research takes on more specific contours, arising from the artist’s ongoing interests and practices.

Ana de Ferro is a scene maker, a creator, an art producer. Sometimes she works on her own projects, and other times she joins those of other directors, producers, and writers. Produções de Ferro comes as channel to share and circulate her concepts with the world. This website has become a space to publicize these actions.
